Products and Solutions:
By partnering with DIS, EPM ensures that the customers are provided the industry best retransfer technology in their ID Printing systems. This is coupled with complimentary range of Direct card printers as well as the necessary software for management and related supplies and cardware. This ensures that the customer has wide range to choose coupled with adequate options to have preprinted cards as well as customized security features.

             In the Time Attendance and Access Control Systems EPM has partnered with several leaders to provide the entire range of card readers and devices based biometrics, proximity card, magnetically encoded and PIN coded cards. The Software Development team adds value to our solution by providing full fledged packages, connectivity to legacy systems as well as customized solutions for specific needs.

Service and Warranty support:

• A full compliment of 35 fully trained and skillful engineers who provide both timely and high quality service and support. Ten of the engineers are trained on ID and T&A products.
• EPM invests periodically in training and updating the skill sets available by deputing its engineers for overseas training programs conducted by the principles.
• Well-stocked spare parts inventory in all locations to provide timely service.
• Back up systems for field replacements for warranty and for systems under AMC.
• Key locations on contractual agreements have been provided with on site engineers

Inventory and Logistics support:
EPM has a 10000-sqm warehouse in Ajman with satellite warehouses in all the branch offices. Equipped with 10 delivery vans it ensures that deliveries of items are made well in time to customer locations on time.
