YXLON offers an agile tube stand solution for all portable directional tube heads, based on a tripod combined with a cradle for the tube head.
Our 3-legged tube stand makes positioning and manipulation of our portable X-ray systems easy when working with hard-to-reach applications. Once you have mounted the X-ray tube head in the tube stand, you can inspect elements from different angles at heights well above floor level, making exposures more accurate and less time-consuming.
The 3-legged tube stand is one of the most flexible and versatile solutions on the market. It adds high value to any portable X-ray fleet, maximizing your investment and optimizing your workflow.

EASY MOUNTING
All YXLON directional X-ray systems can be mounted on the 3-legged tube stand and the twist-lock handles makes mounting easy. An adapter kit is needed for Y.SMART 160E.

Leser pointer and collmator
LASER POINTER AND COLLIMATOR
A laser pointer is a practical tool for precise alignment of the X-ray tube head. The laser pointer will optimize your X-ray imaging and ensure a better workflow.
Reducing unwanted scatter radiation to the surroundings is a key issue when maintaining safety and minimizing the abandoned area as much as possible.
The system consist of two different collimators and a frame carrying a laser pointer for alignment.

Mobile tripod tube stand
YXLON offers a light-weight solution consisting of a tripod combined with a dolly for extended mobility.
Mobility combined with agile positioning of 100 and 160 kV X-ray tubes for the Y.XMB system saves both repositioning time and manpower.
This tube stand supports a film focus spot to floor working range between 95 and 188 cm, variable adjustment of vertical height and 360˚ rotation of the tube clamp in both horizontal and plane positions. Furthermore, 33 cm adjustments are possible along the horizontal axis for precise alignment of the film focal spot distance.

Our mobile tube stand makes positioning and manipulation of our portable X-ray systems easy. Once you have mounted the X-ray tube head in the tube stand, you can inspect elements from different angles, and the wheels make repositioning very fast, making exposures more accurate and less time-consuming.
The mobile tube is one of four tube stands that YXLON offers.
The mobile tube stand enables a fixed working position of the tube head, and the wheels enable fast repositioning on plane surfaces.

X-RAY TUBES
The constant potential Y.XMB X-ray system supports a wide range of high quality X-ray tubes, both directional and panoramic variants, with different sizes of focal spots.
The modular design of the mobile system means it can be easily adapted to deal with diverse inspection jobs in confined spaces, just by changing the X-ray tube. The Y.XMB is fully compatible with both film and digital imaging and can be used for a large range of difficult tasks without compromising your workflow.

Y.XMB 225, Y.XMB 160, Y.XMB 100
The kV range of the Y.XMB 225 spans from 10-225 kV. The combination of 225 kV and up to 2.25 kW X-ray power makes this system suitable for heavy duty inspection jobs. The Y.XMB 225 also benefits from the compact X-ray tubes.
The kV range of the Y.XMB 160 spans from 7.5-160 kV. A wide range of X-ray tubes are available, making it an all-round system well suited for most types of inspection jobs and applications.
The kV range of the Y.XMB 100 spans from 7.5-100 kV. This system is well suited for jobs in confined spaces and for low density materials, thanks to the agile high voltage cable and the compact X-ray tube.
